Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and creative teams to produce compelling content.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media analytics.
• Experience with content planning and scheduling tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industry is preferred.
