Senior Fashion Designer
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and create fashion collections that reflect elegance, innovation, and sophistication.
• Research and analyze emerging fashion trends, translating insights into commercially successful designs.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and design prototypes.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept development through final production.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure quality, fit, and design integrity.
• Assist in planning and executing fashion campaigns, photoshoots, and creative projects.
• Provide creative inspiration and contribute innovative ideas to support brand growth and product development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Buying, Merchandising, Production, Marketing, and Retail Operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial fashion collections.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, garment construction, pattern development, and fashion production processes.
• Excellent creative, artistic, and aesthetic sense.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership of responsibilities beyond design.
