Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site construction activities.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards.
Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
8–15 years of site construction experience, preferably in GCC/Kuwait.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and QA/QC procedures.
Familiarity with Kuwait Municipality regulations and safety standards is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred
