General administration & document control
ā
Client onboarding, KYC & AML compliance documentation
ā
Company formation ā UAE mainland & free zones
ā
Visa processing ā MOHRE, AMER, ICP, GDRFA
ā
Free zone portals ā DMCC, IFZA, MEYDAN, RAKEZ, ADGM, DIFC, DAFZA & more
ā
CRM management via ActiveCampaign | Internal ops via Moxo
ā
Engagement letters, proposals & corporate secretarial support
ā
UBO management & regulatory compliance support
š¹ You're the Right Fit If You:
āļø Have 1ā3 years of UAE experience in corporate services, business setup, or a professional services firm
āļø Have hands-on experience with at least 1ā2 UAE free zone portals
āļø Understand KYC, AML & UAE compliance requirements
āļø Are tech-savvy and actively use AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
āļø Are highly organised, self-driven, and client-focused
āļø Communicate professionally in written English
