š Key Responsibilities:
š¹ Perform rewinding of AC & DC motors (LV & MV).
š¹ Dismantle, assemble, and reassemble electric motors.
š¹ Prepare coils, perform insulation work, and carry out motor winding.
š¹ Handle motor fitting and mechanical assembly.
š¹ Diagnose winding faults and perform necessary repairs.
š¹ Support electrical testing and quality inspection activities.
š¹ Ensure compliance with workshop safety procedures and quality standards.
š¹ Maintain tools, equipment, and proper workshop housekeeping.
š Preferred Qualifications:
š¹ ITI in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
š¹ Minimum 3ā4 years of experience in motor repair and rewinding.
š¹ Experience working with industrial motors from OEMs such as ABB, Siemens, WEG, GE, Toshiba, or similar manufacturers is an advantage.
š¹ Ability to read motor winding data, connection diagrams, and technical drawings.
š¹ Ability to independently perform dismantling, rewinding, fitting, testing support, and reassembly of AC and DC motors.
