Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the F&B division.
Budgeting & Cost Analysis - Prepare budgets, monitor variances, and conduct detailed cost reviews.
Daily Operational Finance - Track daily sales, inventory, menu engineering, and COGS performance.
Month-End Closing - Manage reconciliations, accruals, and financial closing activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Operations and Culinary teams to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA) is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with proven F&B industry exposure
Prior experience in hospitality or hotel finance is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, ERP/ accounting software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
