Qualification: ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting roles.
Skill set:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation ability.
Key responsibilities:
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for all business units.
• Management Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with commentary on performance versus budget.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed profitability, cost and margin analysis by business segment, region or service line.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Review financial data integrity and compliance with internal policies and IFRS principles.
• Process Improvement & Systems: Contribute to the development of planning and reporting templates, tools and workflows.
• People & Leadership: Mentor and develop junior analysts in the FP&A team, building analytical and presentation capabilities.
