Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards
• Ensure tables and service stations are clean and well-prepared
• Promote menu items, desserts, and specialty beverages
• Handle guest requests and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
• Follow hotel policies, hygiene, health & safety standards
Requirements:
• High school graduate
• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience in a 5-star hotel
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Able to work flexible shifts and in a fast-paced environment
