Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve beverages professionally and efficiently
• Take guest orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
• Explain beverage selections and bar promotions to guests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and friendly service
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing techniques
Requirements:
• High school graduate
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Food & Beverage within a 5-star hotel, including 2 years in a similar position
• Strong beverage knowledge and bartending skills
• Good knowledge of POS systems (Micros preferred)
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
