Company Name – Prime Strategy Consultants
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 5,500 per month
Mandatory Requirements:
– Managerial or supervisory experience in a department store, discount store, supermarket or hypermarket
– Minimum 5 years of UAE retail experience is mandatory
– Strong experience in purchasing, supplier coordination and vendor negotiation
– Ability to analyse sales, margins, inventory and product-performance reports
– Proven team leadership and employee-development skills
– Good knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and inventory control
– Fluency in Hindi and English
– Currently available in the UAE
– Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
– Candidates with experience only in boutiques, showrooms, small retail outlets or unrelated industries will not be considered.
