LinkCo is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Facility Management operations and ensure the successful delivery of services across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily Facility Management operations and service delivery
✅ Manage maintenance teams and subcontractors
✅ Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, quality, and HSE requirements
✅ Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource utilization
✅ Coordinate with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
✅ Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality
✅ Prepare operational reports and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
✔ 10+ years of experience in Facility Management operations, including managerial experience
✔ Strong leadership, planning, and client management skills
✔ Excellent knowledge of MEP maintenance operations
✔ Experience with ERP/CMMS systems is an added advantage
