🔹Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, construction, corporate, and project-based roles.
🔹Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled professionals in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors.
🔹Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
🔹Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
🔹Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking.
🔹Drive employer branding initiatives to position Astra as an employer of choice.
🔹Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
🔹Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.
🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
🔹Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🔹10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, or Construction industries.
🔹Proven track record in hiring for technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
🔹Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
🔹Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
