Senior Accountant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Full accounting cycle & financial reporting
• Project accounting, WIP & Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reporting
• Project costing & profitability analysis
• IFRS 15 revenue recognition & client billing
• Cash flow management & treasury reporting
• VAT & UAE Corporate Tax compliance
• Payroll accounting & reconciliations
• Subcontractor & supplier accounting
• Budgeting, reporting & audit support
• Supervise junior accountants
Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 8–10 years of accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years' UAE contracting/construction industry experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS 15, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
• Hands-on experience in project costing, WIP, CTC & percentage-of-completion accounting
• Advanced Excel and ERP/Accounting systems experience
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CMA/CPA) is an advantage
