Blue Collar Recruiter
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience with exposure to the UAE market
• Experience in overseas hiring for blue-collar positions
• Strong understanding of the complete overseas recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, documentation, visa processing, medicals, and mobilization
• Must have a strong agent network and experience coordinating with overseas recruitment agents
• Proven ability to source and deploy blue-collar candidates within a short turnaround time
• Experience handling bulk hiring requirements and meeting urgent manpower demands
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver results within deadlines
