Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
Manage appointments, calls, WhatsApp, and patient enquiries.
Coordinate patient flow with doctors and nurses.
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
Deliver an outstanding patient experience from arrival to departure.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or an aesthetic/medical clinic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Well-organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
Experience with clinic management software is an advantage.
