Executive Pastry Chef
Job Location : Kuwait
Requirements :
• Minimum 10 years of professional pastry experience, including leadership of large teams and multiple branches.
• Expertise in cake decorating, celebration cakes, premium desserts, delivery desserts, chocolate, bakery, and pastry production.
• Strong background in R&D, product innovation, recipe development, and seasonal collections.
• Proven experience in managing central kitchens or large-scale production facilities.
• Strong knowledge of food costing, quality systems, production planning, and team development.
• Creative, hands-on leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Any nationality is welcome.
