Looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead our FM operations, drive business growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence across Qatar.
What We’re Looking For:
– 3+ years of experience in General Management or Operations Management
– Strong Facilities Management experience
– Proven background in contract, tender, budget, and vendor management
– Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
– CFM or Project Management certification is an advantage
– Good knowledge of QHSE requirements and Qatar regulations
Your Key Role:
– Lead overall FM operations and strategic business objectives
– Oversee HVAC, MEP, Civil, Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest Control, Security, and Waste Management services
– Drive profitability, budgeting, cost control, and contract performance
– Lead tenders, negotiations, and key client relationships
– Develop high-performing teams and strengthen organizational capabilities
– Ensure compliance, risk management, business continuity, and service excellence
