We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale luxury hotel/ resort development in Medina.
This is a senior level role suited for professionals with proven experience managing prestigious hospitality or giga-project developments such as NEOM, the Red Sea, AlUla, or equivalent luxury hotel or resort projects.
The successful candidate will oversee all construction phases, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest international quality standards, while safeguarding project objectives across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk management.
The selected candidate will be required to be in Medina and work on-site full-time.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee overall construction execution, schedule, and budget control
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with specifications, contract requirements, and project objectives
• Monitor project progress and implement delay mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and relevant regulations
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Manage QA/QC processes across all construction packages
• Report progress to senior management and project stakeholders

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of luxury hospitality, mixed-use, giga-project, or large-scale developments (e.g., NEOM, Red Sea, AlUla, or equivalent projects).
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Turkish will be considered as an asset.)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and Saudi regulations
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• PMP or professional certification is an advantage
