Fit-out Site Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Deliverables :
• Manage daily on-site execution of interior fit-out projects in line with approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Perform routine site inspections to audit progress, resolve technical execution issues, and enforce site safety protocols.
• Compile and review detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material estimation sheets, and quantity takeoff calculations.
• Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and material vendors to maintain procurement timelines.
• Monitor project deadlines and cost limits to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contract scope.
Applicant Profile :
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Applied Arts (majoring in Interior Design & Furniture).
• Work History: Minimum 2 years of hands-on interior fit-out site management experience within the UAE.
• Technical Mastery: Expertise in fit-out site execution, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and architectural drawing interpretation.
• Core Competencies: Strong site coordination, vendor management, technical problem-solving, and client presentation abilities.
