Finance Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Deliverables :
• Oversee complete multi-entity financial operations, consolidated reporting, budgeting, and cash flow strategies across European and Asian units.
• Enforce international financial governance, internal auditing systems, and strict compliance with global accounting standards and local tax laws.
• Manage cross-border corporate structures, transfer pricing considerations, and intercompany reconciliation protocols.
• Liaise with international banking partners, external auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors across various legal jurisdictions.
• Conduct regular on-site reviews and operations support through routine international travel.
Skills & Experience :
• Educational & Professional Credentials: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, paired with a mandatory professional designation (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA).
• Work Background: Extensive international finance background, ideally within trading firms, holding companies, or global corporate groups managing multi-entity structures.
• Core Competencies: Advanced knowledge of cross-border reporting compliance, international financial control systems, corporate tax, and multi-jurisdiction financial analysis.
• Mobility & Communication: Native/fluent English communication skills; full readiness for regular international travel and Dubai placement. (European nationals preferred by employer)
