Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Core Accountabilities
• Process corporate license renewals, trade permits, and official governmental documentation.
• Direct liaisons with UAE government bodies to secure project approvals and legal clearances.
• Oversee corporate immigration workflows, including MOHRE labor approvals and GDRFA visa processing.
• Audit and maintain track of commercial license, permit, and document expiration schedules.
• Archive accurate records of all official filings, municipal transactions, and statutory permits.
Requirements & Skills :
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of UAE-based PRO experience specifically within contracting or property development companies.
• Language Proficiency: Complete bilingual fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Regulatory Expertise: Hands-on experience dealing with the Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Municipality, MOHRE, and GDRFA.Dubai employment guide
• Licensing: A valid UAE Driving License is strongly preferred.
