HVAC Maintenance Engineer
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults in chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Supervise HVAC technicians and ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding maintenance activities.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and quality standards.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
