Position: Treatment Coordinator
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role.
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Front Desk Coordinator is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and gain patients' trust.
Confident in presenting treatment plans and explaining financial options in a clear and professional manner.
Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to convert consultations into accepted treatment plans.
Highly organized with excellent time management, coordination, and patient follow-up skills.
Proficient in Dental Practice Management Software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
