Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• HACCP or Food Safety certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Arabic cuisine.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in hotels, catering companies, or large commercial kitchens.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
