š¹ Warehouse Manager| Stores Executive
š Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
š Job Type: Full-time
š Main Functions:
š¹ Inventory management and item quantities control to ensure accurate records.
š¹ Receiving, storing, and disbursing materials in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
š¹ Entering the data of the stores and related constraints on the ERP system.
š¹ Matching and reconciling materials between the supplier and the production lines.
š¹ Prepare periodic inventory reports and keep records and documents.
š¹ Coordinate with internal auditors and various departments to ensure the safety of operations.
š¹ Track and ensure timely availability of materials to support operational processes.
š Qualifications and Requirements:
š¹ Practical experience in warehouse or warehouse management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
š¹ Experience in using ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
š¹ Good knowledge of inventory management, invoicing, and business procedures.
š¹ Strong skills in communication, coordination, and teamwork.
š¹ High accuracy in work with outstanding skills in planning, organization and time management.
š¹ Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing operational environment.
