Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the field of architecture.
Proficiency in the use of engineering and design programs, including:
* AutoCAD
* Revit
* 3ds Max
* SketchUp
* Adobe Photoshop
* Ability to provide innovative design solutions that combine aesthetic and functional aspects.
* Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and related engineering systems.
* Strong skills in communication, time management, and teamwork.
š Main Functions:
š¹ Preparation and development of architectural plans and designs for projects.
š¹ Providing innovative architectural visualizations that meet the requirements of clients and projects.
š¹ Coordinate with work teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure the quality of implementation.
š¹ Following up on the implementation stages of projects and ensuring their conformity with the plans and technical specifications.
š¹ Review executive drawings and provide technical solutions when needed.
