Finance Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Direct monthly financial closing procedures and draft comprehensive management accounts.
• Lead multi-entity financial consolidation across all operational corporate subsidiaries.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, budget execution, and long-term financial modeling.
• Manage corporate payroll cycles, Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance, and vendor disbursements.
• Enforce internal financial controls, manage risk, and maintain full audit preparation standards.
• Deliver accurate, structured financial reports and performance metrics to shareholders and executive leadership.
Candidate Qualifications :
• Professional Credentials: Qualified or Part-Qualified ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent accounting credential.
• Background & Track Record: Proven multi-entity financial management experience; UAE market experience and current UAE residency required. Industry background in Hospitality or Food & Beverage is an advantage.UAE job market
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of financial reporting, group consolidation, WPS execution, cash flow management, and shareholder reporting frameworks.
