IT Officer
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Primary Accountabilities :
• Deliver technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network operations.
• Monitor network infrastructure and server health to ensure continuous operational uptime.
• Perform system administration duties, user account management, and routine data backups.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across company hardware and software systems.
• Support system installations, workstation configurations, software upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain security protocols to protect organizational IT resources and sensitive financial data.
Applicant Profile :
• Education: B.Tech or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
• Work History: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration (UAE experience preferred).Middle East jobs
• Technical Mastery: Solid grounding in network management, desktop support, software troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to manage technical issues independently, and clear communication abilities.
