👇 Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization.
• Valid First Aid and CPR/AED Certification.
• Additional water rescue or lifesaving certifications are an advantage.

• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Strong observation and risk assessment abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Physical fitness and stamina.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Outdoor and indoor pool environments.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Exposure to sunlight, heat, humidity, and water.
• Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, may be required.
👇Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor all swimming pool activities to ensure the safety of guests and employees.
• Enforce pool rules, regulations, and safety procedures always.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues when required.
• Administer first aid and CPR until medical assistance arrives.
• Inspect the swimming pool, rescue equipment, and surrounding areas before opening and during operating hours.
• Report safety hazards, accidents, incidents, and equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Maintain rescue equipment, first aid kits, and emergency response equipment in good condition.
• Ensure proper water hygiene standards by reporting water quality concerns.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the pool facility.
• Educate pool users on safe swimming practices.
• Keep accurate records of incidents, inspections, and daily activities.
• Support general housekeeping to ensure the pool area remains clean and safe.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
