Storekeeper – FMCG / Fresh Food Packhouse
Job Location : Al Ain, United Arab Emirates
Primary Responsibilities :
• Log, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, packaging supplies, and consumables against purchase orders.
• Maintain complete inventory tracking using ERP software and warehouse management systems.
• Disburse materials to production units adhering to strict FIFO and FEFO inventory rotation schedules.
• Execute routine stock counts, inventory audits, and variance reconciliations.
• Organize produce storage setups to preserve product quality, packhouse hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate material requests with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Production, and Logistics teams.
Candidate Qualifications :
• Academic Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of inventory control experience within FMCG, food production, or packhouse operations.
• Technical Mastery: Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics), FEFO/FIFO stock management, and warehouse documentation.
• Compliance & Communication: Understanding of food safety/HACCP protocols; strong professional English communication skills.
