โข Minimum 15 years EPC project management experience.
โข Minimum 5 years in similar position managing multidisciplinary construction teams on ADNOC Onshore projects.
โข Proven experience in cross-country pipeline, flowline, and wellhead hook-up projects.

โข Knowledge of ADNOC Onshore project execution standards.
โข Experience in resource and subcontractor management.
โข Strong leadership, coordination, and client interfacing skills.
โข Contract, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience.
โข Strong commitment to HSE and quality compliance.
โข Preferred age: Below 45 years.
