Customer Service Representative
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Duties :
• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide accurate service details.
• Assist customers with registration processes, service requests, and query resolutions.
• Support sales operations by identifying client needs and promoting service offerings.
• Maintain organized customer records and update client status logs.
• Deliver strong frontline customer engagement to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Candidate Prerequisites :
• Gender & Age: Male candidates aged 20 to 35 years.
• Educational Background: Attested Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or High School Certificate.
• Experience Level: 1 to 2 years in customer service; prior sales exposure is an advantage.
• Language Abilities: Fluency in both English and Hindi.
• Visa & Availability: Candidates currently on a Visit Visa who can join immediately (please specify visa status and expiry date in your application).
