š Key Responsibilities:
š¹ Handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
š¹ Maintain and update employee files, contracts, personnel records, and HR documentation.
š¹ Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring processes.
š¹ Manage onboarding and employee joining formalities.
š¹ Support employee relations and respond to HR-related queries.
š¹ Process and follow up on government platforms and HR compliance requirements.
š¹ Handle transactions through platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and other relevant government portals.
š¹ Support payroll preparation, attendance management, leave records, and performance documentation.
š¹ Coordinate office administration and daily operational requirements.
š¹ Ensure HR practices and procedures comply with Saudi Labor Law, applicable regulations, and company policies.
š¹ Support manpower planning and recruitment requirements across the organization.
š¹ Maintain accurate HR records and prepare required reports when needed.
š Requirements:
š¹ Proven experience in Human Resources and Administration.
š¹ Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
š¹ Practical experience with Saudi government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and related platforms is preferred.
š¹ Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
š¹ Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
š¹ Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
š¹ Good computer and administrative skills.
