We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Officer to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will support the organization in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace by ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations, internal policies, and recognized HSE standards.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
🔹 Ensure compliance with applicable OSH regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
🔹 Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
🔹 Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training to employees.
🔹 Monitor the proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work practices.
🔹 Prepare periodic safety reports and maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.
🔹 Support emergency preparedness, response activities, and evacuation procedures.
🔹 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace health and safety.
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Occupational Safety & Health.
🔹 NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
🔹 Good knowledge of Saudi occupational safety regulations and HSE standards.
🔹 Strong communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
