Project Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and manage project execution plans and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Track progress against project milestones and approved programmes.
• Monitor project expenditure, resource allocation and cost performance.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural and building services activities as applicable.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain progress reports and documentation.
• Identify delays, technical issues and resource constraints and recommend corrective measures.
• Monitor quality assurance, site safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, snagging and final project handover.
Experience Requirements :
• Experience managing or coordinating building construction projects.
• A proven record of delivering high-rise or mid-rise developments.
• Experience in project planning, execution, cost control and quality management.
• Ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
