Civil Technician (Carpenter + Painter)
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out basic carpentry repairs and maintenance.
• Repair doors, cabinets, furniture and other wooden fixtures.
• Perform painting, surface preparation, putty work and touch-ups.
• Assist with minor civil maintenance and finishing activities.
• Inspect damaged surfaces and complete assigned repair jobs.
• Maintain tools and follow workplace safety requirements.
Suggested Qualification:
• ITI, trade certificate or vocational training in Carpentry, Painting or a related civil maintenance trade.
• Practical skills in both carpentry and painting are desirable.
Suggested Experience:
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant carpentry, painting or civil maintenance experience may be appropriate.
• Candidates capable of handling both trades may have an advantage.
