Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Estimator in shipyard, marine, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel, piping, mechanical, blasting, and painting works.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in preparing competitive tenders and budgetary estimates.
