Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute on-ground operations for brand activations, events, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage on-ground projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, promoters, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth execution of events, activations, and campaigns.
Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and resources.
Conduct site visits and monitor on-ground activities.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare project updates and post-event reports.
Requirements:
Experience in project management, event management, or on-ground operations.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
