Qualifications & Requirements :
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in chemical laboratories.
• Education or qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
Useful Skills & Competencies :
• Numerical reasoning: Understand concentrations, dilution factors and units to spot results that need closer review.
• Chemical understanding: Recognise how sample conditions and chemical interactions can affect the meaning of measurements.
• Technical reading: Follow test methods and safety instructions without overlooking limits, warnings or preparation details.
• Clear explanation: Describe findings in plain language while keeping the measured facts separate from possible causes.
• Sound judgement: Weigh incomplete evidence and know when a result needs further checks or escalation.
• Practical coaching: Break laboratory techniques into clear steps that help others understand both method and purpose.
