Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Required Qualifications & Competencies :
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
• Candidates should possess proven experience in BOQ preparation, measurement, and verification for interior fit-out and construction projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning to develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budget forecasts.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Cost Reporting to produce clear, timely financial reports and support data-driven decisions.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or MEP projects within the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and MS Excel skills, with familiarity in QS or cost management software.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.
