Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month (depending on experience)
Commission: 5%–10%, depending on the project value
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE business development or sales experience, preferably in Dubai.
Strong and demonstrable experience in the UAE real estate sector is essential.
Established network of clients and industry contacts within the UAE real estate market.
Good exposure to fit-out, joinery, and interior design projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
