Job Key Details :

• Welcome visitors, provide them with information and directs them to the appropriate staff member
• Register all incoming and outgoing mail
• Manage access in the main entrance gate of the delegation
• Respond, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Collect invoices, mails, parcels, documents and distributes to the concerned without any delay
• Preserve office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs

Job Qualifications and Experience :

• Must have a Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum two to four years of experience in the same role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Should be familiar with office equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have good customer service skills and must be presentable
