• Provide assistance to unintended due diligence of own / third party projects (Review of contracts, legal evaluation of contract fulfillment, etc.)

• Draft, advice, review and negotiate core business agreements to conclude the relevant business within the legal requirements in support of risk management, to serve and protect the interest of the company.

• Provide legal contractual advisory to company related to disputes, claims and contractual negotiations.

• Draft all relevant legal documents for Group’s new companies, affiliates and joint ventures including memorandum of Association, Service agreement and any other related legal document .

• Support Contracts Manager in providing an in-house legal services for the organization spanning diverse activities and operations.

• Keep up-to-date with relevant draft by-laws, policies and legislation and conduct legal research related to Secure businesses.

• Any other legal related matters as required by the Unit head.

•Assists in review of bid documents, contracts, contract amendments, and basic contracts. Under general supervision of Contracts Manager.

•Responsible for developing and monitoring of Legal Issues & Performs administrative functions for risk management.

• Acts as liaison between department and other agencies or individuals, as required for legal issues.

• Prepare periodical progress reports (i.e. Legal Matters, Contracts and task alike)

• To provide inputs and suggestions for the continuous improvement of contract procedures/ practices taking into account ‘best practice’, international standards to improve efficiency & effectiveness and changes in business environment.

• To ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls.

• Perform all other ad hoc activities as and when required
