1.1 Issues receipt for payments received from the tenants.
1.2 Receiving and review tenancy contract from sales team.
1.3 Ensures all the payment has received according to the contract.
1.4 Ensures all the ID documents has received from the tenant as per the company standard.
1.5 Prepare the check in notification.
1.6 Banking
1.7 Check the expected arrivals and departure for the day.
1.8 Inform HK department regarding the departures and make sure the tenant check out before 03.00 PM
1.9 Getting all the extension contracts and payments from sales team before the departure date.
1.10 Ensure the payments is cleared in the bank before Tawtheeq.
1.11 Check in the tenant in the system.
1.12 Check out the tenant form the system after the HK confirmation through mail.
1.13 Scanning and filing of tenancy contracts.
1.14 Runs night audit.
1.15 Preparing of daily revenue report.
1.16 Preparing of daily comparison report.
1.17 Releasing of supplier payment cheque.
