Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops business plans and presents quarterly business reviews to vendor.
• Knowledgeable in IoT technologies and vendors and provides sales and reseller training.
• Assumes an advising role and leverages advanced technological expertise to achieve specific resellers in the assigned market.
• Evaluates competitive information, offerings and customer perspectives.
• Supports a sales strategy to increase market share and profitability
• Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members.
• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Meet pre-determined revenue goals through your own selling activities as well as the activities of direct reports. This is a player-coach role.
• Develop and refine the current sales process and ensure the team’s adherence to it.
• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
• Lead weekly opportunity review meetings with sales team.
• Conduct regular forecast reviews with the sales team and report weekly to leadership.
• Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular weekly basis.
• Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
• Train new salespeople to ensure success.
• Work with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
• Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
• Collaborate with IT on sales technology initiatives.

• Possesses strong organisational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
