FM Administrator to join our Admin Support team immediately.

Job Location : Dubai

Salary : AED 4000 to 6000

Job Description :

• Gather, record, and maintain petty cash invoices and petty cash master sheet receive, record, and summarize service providers’ invoices, reports, and contract s.
• Prepare correspondence and transmittal, coordinating with other departments such as Accounting, Operations, Procurement, and Business Development.
• Prepare, record, and dispatch contracts, proposals, quotations, and invoices to Clients, other tasks required by the Admin In-Charge, experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a big advantage.

Requirements :

• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
