Job Description :

Cash Management :

• Handling of daily cash collection and confirm that all cash is deposited on a daily basis
• Follow up on account receivable outstanding balances with parties involve
• Maintaining petty cash in a cost-effective manner.

Procurement :
• Keeping a record of supplier’s contact details.
• Make contact with suppliers and other services provider with regards to missing documents, requesting statement of account etc.
• Marinating of incoming documents such as supplier invoices/ bills etc.
• Ensure that all bills and invoices are approved before requesting for payments
• Coordinating with Vertex for suppliers payment processing

Bookkeeping :

• Record daily petty cash expenses.
• Daily transactions data entry and maintenance
• Examine documents for completeness, accuracy

Communication & Organisation :

• Filing & sorting of all the documents related to company operations in an organized manner.
• Issue quotations, proposals, Receipts. Purchas Orders etc. and coordinate with relevant parties
• Maintaining & Managing databases
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• preparing reports as per business needs
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Make contact with suppliers and other services provider
• Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense and purchase reports.
• Liaising and coordinating with internal and external stockholders
• Implementing new procedures as required in the administrative systems

Requirements :

• Have 3 years experience as Business Support Specialist
• Should be available in Bahrain
