HR Manager - Saudi National

Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Duties and Responsibilities :

• To participate in the development of the company’s strategic and tactical plans and programs that impact its employees
• To spearhead the development and implementation of policies and programs pertaining to Onboarding, Performance Management and Training & Development
• To administer employee classification programs, including Job grading and Job evaluation programs, in line with market and industry trends
• To develop a progressive compensation and benefits program to provide motivation, incentives, and rewards for effective performance
• To assess and manage organization development interventions, ensuring continued efficiency and effectiveness, including implementation of plans to direct and implement change
• To serve as the custodian of the organization’s culture and value systems and its translation across the organization
• To resolve employee relations and staffing issues by monitoring disputes and administering disciplinary procedures
• To develop and direct the implementation of HR-related administration policies and procedures, in line with corporate guidelines
• To oversee day to day related office administration including vendor management, bill settlements, and implementation of service contracts
• To oversee facility maintenance, and manage support services ie. Housekeeping and Security staff
• To plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of staff related to employment, training, payroll, and employee relations
• To perform other duties as instructed which contribute to the effective management of the company
• Accomplishment of agreed targets within the overall workforce plans and budgets
• Effective deployment & administration of Human Resources Programs, Policies and Procedures.
• Timely resolution of Human Resources issues
• Effectiveness of Organization development interventions and alignment to organization’s strategic objectives
