Job Responsibilities

• Providing pre-approvals for medical claims and requests.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Providing basic information to our clients regarding their medical insurance benefits.
• Handle calls and represent the organization in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Supervising call center executives, motivating and guiding them to perform their tasks efficiently.


Degree Level Bachelors
Degree Field Medicine/Health/mbbs
Certification Relevant medical certification
Experience/Knowledge Excellent knowledge of Medical Terminology, clinical /insurance knowledge
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales role

Key Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills
Ability to manage sensitive and difficult phone calls, team work, problem solving decision making, leadership skills
Computer Skills General Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Outlook
Additional Requirements Strong interpersonal skills , positive attitude
Supervisor/management experience preferred but not essential
Experience in the healthcare or private health insurance industry preferred but not essential
Authority Level:
• Financial Limit to approve claims till AED 3000
• Email communication with Provider
• Supervising & Training new joiners
• Reporting call center issue to manager
• Reporting communication for call center reports & agents issue to manager.
