Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities :

• Manage Inbound & Outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication script when handling different topics
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
• Selling Skills
• Retain all the training conducted over a period of time
• Maintain excellent quality on all calls handled
• Perform all assigned tasks in an accurate manner
• Work with minimum supervision
• Deliver day to day KPIs

Requirements :

• Graduate from any stream
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills
• Strong phone and communication skills along with active listening.
• Good typing skills
• Customer focus
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Ability to understand accents from diverse geographies
• Experience in Call Centers of 1 – 3 years in UAE
• Knowledge in Event Management industry will be an added advantage
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
